Refund Policy

You may return new, unopened items purchased from ussewing.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund no later than four weeks of providing your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time back to us, the time it takes us to process once we receive your returned merchandise, and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request. We’ll notify you of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Shipping Policy

Please be assured that your items will ship out in 3 to 7 days of purchase, assuming they are in stock. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
